In an act of abject, heinous cruelty, a Hawthorne, CA cop shot an innocent man's Rottweiler. The man had stopped his car, had his dog on a leash, took pictures of a swarm of cop cars stopped in the street. He committed no crime. His dog relieved himself and was put in the owner's car with the window open. When the owner was confronted by police, he offered no resistance. He was cuffed and taken to the middle of the street. The dog, in protective mode, jumped out of the window ran up to his owner and officers. The owner was prevented to return the dog to the car and an officer shot the dog point blank. He was still on a retractable lead.
I had a Rottweiler. She was a gentle, loving soul. I never wanted one and I was asked to rescue her by the same organization that Jazzy, below, is with now. She was in the truck for about 9 seconds when the love affair began. She was never a danger to anyone.
The owner was well dressed; drove a late model vehicle and was breaking no law - the dog was on the leash.
Incidents like this are now epidemic in the USA. They are meant to torment, harass, demoralize citizens and destroy their property who are family members.

WHEN WILL PEOPLE PUT THESE STASI GOONS ON NOTICE THAT THIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ANY LONGER? AND WHY CAN'T A CITIZEN TAKE PICTURES TO INSURE CIVIL RIGHTS OF ALL CITIZENS AT THE HANDS OF LAW ENFORCEMENT IS PROTECTED?
