Hello Americans:
The first time I read Obama's latest display of arrogance, in his
speech to S Africa college students, I was not surprised. His will is
the word that all must obey - or so he thinks.
OK, so Obama told the S African college kids,( Human Capital or Useful
Idiots)That they can't have cars, big houses, and air conditioning or
the planet will boil over unless of course they took $7Billion in aid
from broke America so they can develop coal, oil and other useless (oops
useful) green energy programs. This is right out of the Agenda 21 play
book According to the UN Biodiversity Assessment Report, part of the
implementation for UN Agenda 21, or its new name, Resilient cities.

So let's get this perfectly straight. In America, we can not drill
for oil, or use coal because we are told they are unsustainable.
Americans will create global warming with too much CO2 (He forgets that
CO2 is necessary for plant life to grow food). We have to stick to more
failed green not ready for prime time products so Obama Green
supporters can get more taxpayer subsidies to steal more money from the
US Taxpayer.
Then out of the same Obama mouth comes, IT is OK for Mexico,
Brazil the Middle East and now Africa to drill baby drill and did baby
dig. It is imperative that America fund these operations with borrowed
money. More Obama supporters This time foreigners can make money to
donate to Obama. Wow what a racket. Is Obama's next step head of the
UN?
According to Obama's America must stop all CO2 emissions. He will make
sure the EPA regulates all competition out of business. New EPA
regulations will stop farming, fishing and basically push every energy
price into the sky causing great pain for Americans but, other
countries, no problem. They can grow produce, drill, mine and prosper
as long as America pays and gets nothing. America will pay, pay, pay.
But I thought if the other countries produce CO2, they will die because
the planet will boil over and the oceans will rise 4-20 feet. Confused?
I am.
Let's see what does the Agenda 21 crowd say about America...

Ooo, nasty Michael but I get it, America is to be bled until there is no more America.
Not to worry, Americans will be sold more scarey programs designed to
drain any funds left while Americans are told they are the shining
light. America to the rescue. America must be the example of people
willing to give up freedom for government. America will be
sustainable. America will be controlled.
Let's see, the crisis: Seas rising 4-20 ft. Plans like the Seven/50
Plan for South Florida will protect America. Remember, the same crowd
who can't build a border fence to keep people out will now will build a
sea wall to keep the ocean out. So the ocean will only rise in Brazil,
Africa, Mexico and the Middle East as they produce CO2. America you are
safe Obama is looking out for you.
Why is Obama helping other countries prosper by drilling and mining if
they will pollute the earth and die quickly from CO2 poison? Is not
CO2 the poison pollutant we must stop at all costs?. So why does Obama
want to let the others countries produce CO2 if they will cause death to
the planet? Unless??? Remember who lives in these countries. If we
can't keep them out we can pollute them. What a brilliant plan from
the leader from behind, Obama.

Obama's Climate Action Plan: Emphasize what doesn't work.
For months, President Obama has been in the uncomfortable position of
straddling a barbed-wire fence—does he appease his ardent environmental
supporters or advocate for economic growth that will help all of
America? In his speech outlining his Climate Action Plan, he made his
choice clear. He’s abandoning what is best for America and has bowed to
the political pressure from environmental lobbyists like the Sierra Club
and the Natural Resources Defense Council.
Now don't get upset. This is true Obama. He said under his plan,
energy costs will necessarily skyrocket. He actually told the truth.
Not to worry, the EPA will regulate everything for you: water, air,
rain, breath. If not stopped. PS: the fastest way to stop the EPA is
defunding. Demand test models from your legislator or no funding.
Call the House. Demand test models of all programs.
We know Obama lies.
Why are we accepting anything at face value?
Just look at Obamacare.
It's our money. Demand tests.

Where Does the Carbon Dioxide Really Come From?
Professor Ian Plimer could not have said it better!
If you've read his book you will agree, this is a good summary.

Nearly getting hit every day on your bicycle, replacing all of your 50

you have done have all gone down the tubes in just four days.
The volcanic ash emitted into the Earth's atmosphere in just four days
- yes, FOUR DAYS - by that volcano in Iceland has totally erased every
single effort you have made to reduce the evil beast, carbon. And there
are around 200 active volcanoes on the planet spewing out this crud at
any one time - EVERY DAY.
I don't really want to rain on your parade too much, but I should
mention that when the volcano Mt Pinatubo erupted in the Philippines in
1991, it spewed out more greenhouse gases into the atmosphere than the
entire human race had emitted in all its years on earth.
Yes, folks, Mt Pinatubo was active for over
One year - think about it.
Of course, I shouldn't spoil this 'touchy-feely tree-hugging' moment
and mention the effect of solar and cosmic activity and the
well-recognized 800-year global heating and cooling cycle, which keeps
happening despite our completely insignificant efforts to affect climate
change.
And I do wish I had a silver lining to this volcanic ash cloud, but
the fact of the matter is that the bush fire season across the western
USA and Australia this year alone will negate your efforts to reduce
carbon in our world for the next two to three years. And it happens
every year.
Just remember that your government just tried to impose a whopping
carbon tax on you, on the basis of the bogus 'human-caused'
climate-change scenario.
Hey, isn’t it interesting how they don’t mention 'Global Warming'
Anymore, but just 'Climate Change' - you know why?
It’s because the planet has COOLED by by 0.7 degrees in the past century and these global warming bull artists got caught with their pants down.
And, just keep in mind that you might yet have an Emissions Trading
Scheme - that whopping new tax - imposed on you that will achieve
absolutely nothing except make you poorer.
It won’t stop any volcanoes from erupting, that’s for sure.

EQUITY: Property Rights
When going to a planning meeting learn by past mistakes remember:
!. Sustainable Developments (SD) are not proven to do anything except
cost money by reducing taxable build-able land. Make them find 1 place
running in the black.
2. Be overly expensive with products that do not work and only benefit friends of the govt eliminating competition.
3. Every SD builds a democratic base. Look at your voter map.
4. People not from your area will determine what people from you area should do.
5. Restricting consumption means restricting your consumption not theirs.
8. Regionalism eliminates local county govt and private property.
Once you start taking grants you will not be able to breathe without
approval from the FEDS.

Seeking to quell a public backlash, the U.S. Department of
the Interior dropped the White River [Watershed National Blueway
designation] on Wednesday from a new federal program that recognizes conservation and recreation efforts along waterways.

There are Blueways programs where ever there is LAND and WATER. Read
about this program. Look in your state, Now you know it can be stopped.
Listen carefully to Dr Coffman's testimony:
The Secure Arkansas group had nearly half the counties pass a
resolution to deny the designation (in just 2 weeks of effort). All the
state agencies, as well as the NGOs (Nature Conservancy) voluntarily
withdrew their support.
The state legislators asked some very penetrating questions and had
the agencies squirming. Quite a feat. I hope it energizes other efforts
across America, including yours! My testimony wasn't scheduled until
after the state agreed to withdraw and the Republican chair asked me not
to mention Agenda 21. So I didn't. But I did mention Sustainable
America and quoted the
EPA on how the federal agencies are changing U.S. policy to fit
international policy. That got me considerable applause. I also
commended the state (especially the agency heads) to listen to their
citizens so as to encourage them to listen more. It's on YouTube:

Bush 41 tried to get Congress to buy into Agenda 21 but he failed.
Enter Clinton. All of the sustainability plans come out of Sustainable
America, a program put in place by Pres Clinton directing all agencies
to amend America’s policies to follow international plans.
(Unconstitutional I believe.) Building codes were changed at great
expense to the homeowner and designations were changed at great expense
to the homeowner are now international. LEEDS means nothing except more
expense to the developers and builders and forced fees and permits used
to fund these UN programs run by NGO's.

America is full of UN environmental initiatives. Phony plans and
programs drive people off private property under wetlands and wildlands
schemes using taxpayer dollars to “buy” land at inflated price taking
the private land off the tax roles forcing the other community owners to
make up the difference.
You can call these schemes anything you want to fool yourself but
the net result will be loss of private land, the true UN GOAL.
My favorite quote is

Sustainability is right out of the Agenda 21 play book. The same
planners design the same cities while charging you a fortune and no one
asks show me one city that is successful...

Giuliani: Worst Foreign Policy Since Carter
Guest host Rudy Giuliani took the Hannity airwaves on Monday and
kicked off the show discussing the Obama administration's foreign
policy...or lack thereof. "Some people don't really understand what the
definition of a Democracy really is," said Rudy. "We think a Democracy
is where somebody gets elected. That's only about 25 percent of what
constitutes a Democracy. I'll remind you that Hitler was elected,
Ahmadinejad was elected. I can give you hundreds of examples of people
who were elected in countries that are not a Democracy.
A Democracy is not just elections, it's checks and balances of power, a
legal system, a protection of rights, freedom of religion - all things
that Morsi (recently overthrown president of Egypt) was undercutting
since he was elected," Rudy explained. "What the protesters in Egypt did
was to prevent a further erosion of Democracy, although nobody knows
how this is going to turn out. Maybe there is a chance they can create a
government that is not only a Democracy in name but in reality.
The unfortunate part of this is that it seems America had very little
to do with this. We have a president who watches things rather than
guiding things. I'm not even sure if he watches things. Our foreign
policy under this administration is feckless - in almost every respect.
This is as bad as I can remember our foreign policy being since the
Carter administration. But at least under the Carter administration
there were some positives. Here it seems to me that our president's
policy of following rather than leading has America now in a situation
where we seem to be guessing most of the time - and for the most part,
guessing wrong," Rudy concluded.

IRS
When the Internal Revenue Service screws up, it screws up BIG. Someone
at everyone's favorite agency forgot to remove tens of thousands of
Social Security numbers from a data-set while uploading it to a new
online hub. The result? Thousands of hackable targets left floating
around the Internet, perfect prey for any Tom, Dick or Dimitri with
unscrupulous plans in mind. Thankfully, a nonprofit that specializes in
publishing government information spotted it, forcing the IRS to look up
from their abacuses long enough to shut the thing down.

ECONOMIC TERRORISM
Under the benefit-corporation agenda, companies would no longer be
just responsible for producing shareholder profits. Instead, a firm that
becomes a benefit corporation would also have to pursue other goals
that appear noble at first glance — sustainability, social justice,
environmentalism, social responsibility, and other alleged public
benefits.
Apparently, creating jobs for workers and profits for shareholders,
as well as goods and services that consumers want to purchase, is no
longer enough. The scheme will further undermine what remains of the
market system while promoting deeply controversial United Nations Agenda
21-linked notions of sustainable development. Exactly who will invest
in these companies who will produce nothing. OH! We The TAXPAYER.

Food: All is well with the world. The WH commanded, Schools must now
serve Greek Yogurt. Lack of Greek Yogurt must be the the reason the
Human Capital can't read.
EDUCATION
Under the new Treaty on Disabilities, now before the Senate for
ratification, if the UN decides that homeschooling or private schools or
church schools are not environments that "maximizes academic and social
development" in disabled children, they can force everyone to send
their disabled children to public schools.
The UN is pushing an international treaty to regulate how all nations
treat the disabled. Since the US is way ahead of the rest of the world
in this category, the UN treaty doesn't go further than our own laws
do. But, once the treaty is in force, it would be binding on us and we
couldn't change it without UN approval.
The Treaty was rejected by the Senate right after the election but the
liberals are pushing it again and it is coming up soon in the Senate
for ratification.
The Treaty would force other huge changes in how we treat disabled
children. Right now, under existing US law, the state can intervene in a
divorced, broken, or dysfunctional family and act "in the best
interests of the child." But the UN Treaty would permit the state to
intervene even in functional, intact families. It would supersede the
family's ability to make its own decisions for its disabled children and
would vest that power in the state.
In addition, there is no definition of disability in the treaty and
many worry that the UN might expand the definition to give itself more
power.
